We are a media creation site, focusing on the creation of content to be enjoyed by all. We create things such as video games and live streams and other entertaining projects.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms
If you submit information via a form on our site, your information may be used to either contact you in the future in regards to things such as blog posts and other relevant information pertaining to the contact form you used.
Cookies
If you leave a comment or other data on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Instagram Feed WD plugin uses Instagram API on website front end. All the data received from Instagram via API is cached in WordPress database for some short period to provide front end optimization. You may request us to delete your Instagram data if it is accidentally cached in our website database with hashtag feed data. Analytics
We use Google’s Analytics on our website, as well as widgets that connect to various websites, such as Twitch, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram which use similar tools on their own sites.
Who we share your data with
Besides data that is obtained by the analytic tools when you access the site, data you submit to us will be used to improve our site and experience and it will never be sold. How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment or other data, the data and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. This is done to help prevent spam and increase safety for everyone who visits this site.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, security purposes, or data we have used to create our projects (such as being used a piece of content during a live streaming session, which malicious users may attempt to make a unauthorized copy of the stream).
Where we send and use your data
Visitor comments and data may be checked through an automated spam detection service. It may also be used to enhance and create our games, applications, and media we create. If you send data through a widget on our site, your data will be used with the service associated with it, such as Twitch, Twitter, Instagram, Paypal, StreamLabs. Sensitive data such as passwords and contact details will not be shared unless otherwise explicitly stated in the email contact forms.
Akismet (anti-spam plugin)
We collect information about visitors who comment on Sites that use our Akismet anti-spam service. The information we collect depends on how the User sets up Akismet for the Site, but typically includes the commenter’s IP address, user agent, referrer, and Site URL (along with other information directly provided by the commenter such as their name, username, email address, and the comment itself).

How we protect your data
We do our best to keep our software and systems up to date with the latest security patches to the best of our ability. We also encourage use of secure login methods, like two factor authentication for accounts on our site.
What data breach procedures we have in place
In the case of a data breech we would notify all users immediately of the incident, as well as making everyone aware of what kind of data was accessed in a public report. Access logs and various other systems get checked periodically for breeches and other security issues. In addition if we become aware of an ongoing or potential issue, we will focus on solving it right away as data security is extremely important for us. What third parties we receive data from
We currently receive limited amounts of third party data about users from Google, Twitch, StreamLabs, and Stream Elements. Especially if they interact with our various social media pages, website, or live streaming page (such as Twitch or Instagram). Examples would be commenting and interacting with Twitch chat or tweets/posts aimed at our social media handles.
What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data
We currently do not use automated decision making in regards to user data, except user comments that are caught by spam filters or the data that is used by the Google Analytic Tools.
Future updates to the Privacy Policy
We may at any point update the language in this privacy policy to be more accurate in the future. When this occurs we will make a public blog post or send out emails to everyone in our lists. We encourage checking back periodically for changes and to maintain awareness of your data.
